1. Clean the rubber roller iron core. If it is a new rubber roller iron core, you need to clean the oil stains on the surface of the iron core with cleaning agent. If it is an old rubber roller iron core, you need to remove the outer coating of the old rubber roller. , and at the same time clean the remaining glue on the surface of the iron core with a cleaning agent.
2. The surface of the iron core of the rubber roller is roughened; the surface of the iron core is roughened to increase the bonding area between the surface of the iron core of the rubber roller and the lagging.
3. Sandblasting treatment; sandblasting the rough treated iron core. Sandblasting will select different types of sand according to the material of the iron core of the rubber roller. The back glue and the iron core are better bonded.
4. Encapsulation. After the silicone rubber adhesive is applied, the iron core of the rubber roller that has undergone the above treatment is coated according to the customer's requirements. The requirements for the different coating materials are also different. The rubber roller is vulcanized; the rubber roller generally needs to be vulcanized. Time, after vulcanization, the iron core of the rubber roller and the rubber cover will be closely bonded, and a rubberized rubber roller will be formed.
6. Grinding of the rubber roller; grinding according to the size and shape required by the customer. When some customers have higher requirements on the surface of the rubber roller, it is necessary to use a CNC grinding machine to mirror the rubber roller.
